5 Day Intuition Challenge

Right now is the perfect time to challenge yourself. I’m not asking you to lift weights, give up gluten, or do a juice fast for 5 days. I’m challenging you to listen to your intuition a little more closely for a few days.

Your intuition is your connection to your spirit and to the divine.

It is like your compass, directing you towards happiness, growth, love, healing, and fulfillment.

To reconnect with your intuition, for the next 5 days, incorporate these simple steps:

Write Down Your Dreams

Write down your dreams as soon as you wake up. You don’t need to write down the whole dream, just jot down key words. Make sure you write them down immediately upon waking, or else you may forget them.

Recording your dreams is important because dreams are unfiltered messages from the subconscious mind. Honor the messages they carry, and you will receive more messages in your waking state. Dreams can also inspire creative projects, positive life changes, and help you confront your fears.


Technology is great, but it can lead to scattered thinking. These days, people are always multitasking, browsing on the internet and trying to engage in life at the same time. The mind fragments the experience. Instead of living that way, unplug for at least 1 hour a day for the next 5 days. Turn the phone off, turn the computer off, and practice observing your surroundings completely. In order to hear the subtle voice of intuition, you have to be able to be present. You have to be listening.

Write Down the Random

Carry a journal with you and write down any random feelings, thoughts, songs, ideas, people, or places that pop into your head for the next 5 days. You will be surprised at how many of these random things actually come up later in the day, week, or even immediately in your life. People are so used to disregarding those random thoughts and ideas, that they don’t notice how frequently they’re actually right. This is how intuition functions. It is subtle and can be easy to ignore – so don’t ignore it anymore. Keep a little record.
